Terms of use

The fine print, kept short

Last updated 30 October 2026

The licence

Equalo is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA). These terms add a few details about the game; where they differ, the standard EULA applies. Equalo is made by Michal Kvasnička (“we”).

Free to start, one purchase

Your progress

Your progress is saved on your device only. We can’t recover it if the app is deleted or the device is lost or reset, so please keep your device backed up if it matters to you.

Updates

We may update the game to fix bugs, add levels and places or change how things work. We try hard never to take away anything you’ve paid for.

Fair play

Please don’t copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the game or its pictures, music and voices, except as the law allows. All of them belong to us. Game Center is provided by Apple; please follow Apple’s rules there.

No guarantees

We make Equalo with care, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost progress or data, or for anything caused by your device, the App Store or Game Center. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without taking away the consumer protection you have where you live.
